- Price Items and Prepare Home for the Estate Sale
- Provide Knowledgeable and Friendly Staff on the day of the sale
- Prepare Inventory List and Financial Accounting of Sale (partial)
- Advertise the Sale in at least 3 venues
- Pack Unsold Items
- Discuss donating unsold items and make arrangements
- Clean Out Entire Home and leave Broom Sept (additional fees may apply)

What do I need to do before an estate sale?
Nothing! Typically an estate sale company will come in sort, price and display items.
Do I clean out or up before an estate sale?
Absolutly not!! We will determain what stays and goes. All the family should do is decide what is to be kept with the family. We will do the rest.
What do Esate Sale Companies Charge?
Don't let the perentage charge be the only criteria when choosing a company. A lower percentagge does not necessarlily mean you will make more money. If a company with more experience knows that you have a collection worth a good amount of money, they could possibly make you more money even while charging a higher percentage if a less expericed company misses the opportunity.
